When Michael Bloomfield came to town around 1966 all the SF guitarists learned a lot including Carlos, Duncan, Garcia, all of them. Lots of red Gibsons after that.
I was very pleased when I took a chance on this LP in the early 70s. Saddened by the turn of events with Fresh Air. Gimme some 49 miles of barbed wire any day- or Mona or this pretty song
Simply magic to my ears. I was a teen in San Francisco when this album came out. Not much money, but enough to buy this album and listen to it all the time. Especially when going to bed (followed by The Fool). One of three groups I would fall asleep to: Quicksilver, Moody Blues and Traffic. Wonderful memories.
