"I don't think I'm gonna love you any more" is the most heartbreaking line in this song to me. When you love someone but they do something that won't allow you to trust them any more and the rosy glow of love turns to a grey pall. The line perfectly sums up that sad, lonely moment.

A time when they're was so much.. individuality in music. where did it go? Have times changed that much? Are we really that broken now? Rest in peace, Janie

My best friend was friends with Jani and she has always felt bad that she wasn't there for him at the end, and she regretted not getting a chance to say goodbye to her friend.  So last week, during a trip to LA, we went to the motel where he died and she stood outside the door of the room and talked to him one last time.  Then she said goodbye, finally. it was a really powerful moment.

Ya know I once met a dude in the Barrowlands in Glasgow who said he used to do gig management in the 80s so he got to meet a lot of the glam metal guys. He said that some of them were massive dicks and hard to work with but when Warrant came Jani was like the nicest person ever and bough all the crew pizzas and beer and hung around with fans for AGGESS. Said he even gave an acoustic guitar to some kid. He said he had seen his death in the paper and was pretty upset cos he remembered that he was a super nice person and when he was doing some DJing for another Glasgow venue put this song and Heaven on as a sorta person tribute. Always remembered that story cos it makes me think of him as more human and not just another singer in a band who had problems with booze :\ Felt like sharing that.

♦Another timeless classic that stands the test of time. Oo it must be magic How inside your eyes I see my destiny Every time we kiss I feel you breathe your love so deep inside of me If the moon and stars should fall They'd be easy to replace I would lift you up to heaven And you would take their place Then I saw red When I opened up the door I saw red My heart just spilled onto the floor And I didn't need to see his face I saw yours I saw red when I closed the door I don't think I'm gonna love you anymore Everyday I wake up I thank God that you are still a part of me We've opened up the door to which So many people never find the key And if the sun should ever fail to send its light We would burn a thousand candles And make everything alright Then I saw red When I opened up the door I saw red My heart just spilled onto the floor And I didn't need to see his face I saw yours I saw red when I closed the door I don't think I'm gonna love you anymore I've been hurt And I've been blind I'm not sure that I'll be fine I never thought it would end this way Oo it must be magic

Excellent male vocal. This man didn't get the credit he deserved back then.

Don't judge us. This is far far better than anything you kids listen to on the radio today.
