When this album was released I had just separated from my daughters mom and this song has been my dedication to my daughter. The lift, the gratitude and life to share and love someone unconditionally that when this song was released it made me realized what true love is. Last tour 2 years ago my daughter got to go with again and when this song started I grab hold of her and she hug me as we both sang this song together and I was in tears holding her for dear life and just being so grateful to have the daughter I do now as she is grown up to be so wonderful that VNV NATION has been a stitch for both that we go to ever concert now...love always
I first heard this song when a friend showed it to me. He was there for me at a difficult time... I don't know where he is anymore, due to legal stuff, but I heard he's okay. Hearing this song makes me think of a small moment of good in the crappy life I was going through. And I think of him, too. I miss you, Fox.
I havent listened to VNV nation songs for about 2 years. I got myself together to put this into search again and i bump into this song , first on the list. Bloody love it (it's complicated, when i said i had to get myself together to listen to vnv nation again) .
