Roger was a favorite at VOK in Nairobi in the early/mid '60's.I remember him and his "whisting" songs best of all. The one you might like the best is "Elizabethan Serenade."

Pure nostalgia, even though he is fortunately still alive - that must surely make him a living legend even if only for me and other fans...

The older I get the more I gravitate towards the songs my parents played when I was a child. He is one of my favorites

I had the privilege of seeing Roger live in the early 1970s. One of very few performers that sound even better live than on record.
