One of the greatest concept albums of all time. This is my "The Wall" album for metal. For me, it's unrivaled. When it was released, I don't think I took the cassette tape out of my deck for the better part of a year. Still relevant after all this time.

The lyrics to this song were so far ahead of its time that it is mind-boggling -- "I used to trust the media to tell me the truth, tell us the truth" "But now I see the payoffs everywhere I look, who do you trust when everyone's a crook?" -- If that doesn't SCREAM the power and corruption of 21st century America's political system, nothing does.
Jeff Tate was warning us what was taking place in this country way back in the mid-eighties if you listen to the words of this song and put it towards what's happening today he was spot-on thank you Jeff you're an amazing talent

It's funny how many people fail to realize that this song, in context of the album, is about the main character being brainwashed into a violent political movement.
