This song was written for peter and Gordon by the great Dell Shannon who wrote many he even sings it. Sadly dell took his life several years ago, he was such a great talent and a great individual, Rip Dell, May GOD forgive you any sins and bring you to everlasting life.

When I was 15 or so, I'd turn the volume way up when I played this vinyl on my portable stereo... and my mom would yell at me from downstairs to turn my music down. After a few times of that, I'd wait to play this song when mom was out of the house, and I'd bounce the sound vibrations of this song off my bedroom walls. The 1960s were a great time to live until I was sent to Vietnam... it was then that I grew up in a hurry...!!!
