I miss this music video in the early 90s. R.I.P. Michael Hutchence (January 22, 1960 - November 22, 1997) I miss him as an artist a lot!

Everyone said INXS were finished and then this album appeared. Ouch.

Their music was incredible and I love this song amongst many others...

This track totally blew my mind when it came out. Absolutely love it and it still stands up as an incredibly innovative sound today. x

That "mystify" doc has turned me onto INXS - a band I used to dismiss back in the day..How wrong and snobbish I was.

Michael it was a true musical gift for humanity.

In 1993 I was all over the shop. I just left school and was deep into drugs and fucked up toxic relationships. The lines "All these scars are mine" and "I was thinking. I was feeling. The gift you gave was gonna last forever." gave me a sort of awakening I really didn't acknowledge until later but did set a course for a more positive direction in my life. If those lines meant something to you - especially the scars line - then you'll know what I'm saying. Lessons learned. Accept and move on. Thank you, Michael.

This should be compulsory art and English education. The weight behind the images, the power of the individual amongst the masses, the importance of standing up for what's right. Plus it's an amazing track, still, so many years on.
