The progressive panic attack: 0:49 - 1:08 Starts feeling something is not right, his breathing increases and become nervous. His/hers chest, his muscles, everything is betraying him/her. 1:08 - 1:25 It goes more and more worried and a overwhelming sensation of fear invades all his thinkings. All warnings alarms of his body are triggered. 1:25 - 1:42 A moment of dissoaciation occurs and the panic attack grows stronger. 1:42 - 2:31 Confusion, depression and culpability appears and the person goes to question millions of everything about his/hers actual state. 2:31 - 3:18 It starts feeling his/hers pulse and heartbeat go faster and faster, all his/hers muscules tense and give a false sensation of danger and no control of situation. All combined make him/her like is about to die o go into madness. 3:18 - 3:25 Panic attack increases again and confusion grows much more. 3:25 - 3:52 He/she tries to control the situation, do something or search for an explanation about his condition. But everything is confusing and makes any intent hopeless. 3:52 - 4:31 Finally he/she sees overwhelmed by the anxiety and search for help desperately, yelling and running without destination. It repeats.

Just had what I believe to be my second ever panic attack. This one was much scarier than the first one. For people that have never experienced one before, the term "panic attack" has no meaning. But they are so damn scary. The symptoms are creepily similar to a heart attack: dizziness, headache, increased heart rate, chest pain, numbness, and worst of all terror. It feels like you're dying, you'll literally be "so afraid to die", and they come out of no where. This is one of my favorites songs so I instantly thought of it when I calmed down. Just needed to write this to collect my thoughts.
