Fell in love with this song through "Stargirl" and I can't stop listening ⭐

I am both surprised and extremely pleased to see this song has over a million views. Big Star was one of the very best and it's great to see them get some well deserved attention.

"would you be an outlaw for my love?" is the single most romantic thing i've ever heard. i feel like it's the punker version of "run away with me".

Everything about this song just makes me think of all those times with her when we were kids. We're grown up now, still in with love her.

There was this girl I really liked when I was in a really dark time in my life, she was my best friend, and I used to listen a lot of music with her, then sometimes I heard her listening some songs I had show her before and it made me feel so happy, like somehow we had this connection..., after discovering this song the first thing I thought is that she would have loved it, and for a long time I kept thinking if it was a good idea to show it to her..., time passed, she got a boyfriend eventually, and we no longer talk anymore... I don't know if she misses me, the only thing i know is that everytime this song pops up in my head, i can't think of anything but her listening to it and enjoying it or playing it on her guitar or just both of us listening to it at the bus...., though it never happenned and it never will...

Such a beautiful song, it's a shame most of the band was never alive when they got lots of public attention. Truly an amazing band! P.S. There is a documentary on Netflix about them if your interested.
