I have bad anxiety and panic attacks very often. I also have trouble liking and accepting myself but for now on i want to try to be a better person and slow down these panic attacks, i will do it

I play this track for my weed plants

I first found this song 4 years ago. At the time, I was going through a bad breakup, and this song played a big part in helping me get through it. The slower portion allows my mind to dive into its own ocean and weightlessly float for a while. Then I can feel the warmth of the 2nd half's smile, and as we run together on top of the drums, I am always reminded that everything will be alright. Great for getting out of a rut.

This song gives me both a sense of finality and beginning. It sound like someone returning home, but it also sounds like someone leaving, ready to take on a new adventure. A Very good song.
